January and June sessions are held from Wednesday afternoon until midday the following Wednesday. New Student Orientation will begin the Tuesday before the opening Wednesday. New students should plan to arrive on campus between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM on that Tuesday.

Graduation is held on Sunday afternoon each June. No official activities are scheduled for Sundays in January.

Annual Calendar

The semester for each on-campus intensive begins 4-6 weeks before the on-campus dates and lasts for several months. For the sake of convenience we refer to a "June semester" and a "January semester" even though the start and end dates do not occur in January or June.
